1983 GI Joes HISS Driver - Gotta Love Them Pirate Boots

One of the newest, and cooler, of the GI Joes 25th anniversary line happens to be the H.I.S.S. driver. I’m not going to try to convince you that he is the best, but he is in the top of the newer GI JoeToys as far as I’m concerned.

There is a GI joes action figure coming soon in the newer waves that just may be my favorite of the 25th anniversary GI Joes to hit the market. I’ll have to get him in my grubby hands to give you my honest opinion. So there’s your reason to subscribe to my blog and come back and see.

Back to the topic at hand, the GI Joes, or actually Cobra HISS driver. As far as value is concerned, the HISS Driver goes for about $10 to $20 in mint and loose condition. All of the pieces must be present and the Cobra sigil should not be rubbed off, as easy as that is to do.

I guess it’s the boots that I like. Now, I’m not trying to sound kinda weird here, but I do like the looks of the tall pirate-like boots. They kind of give of a Road Warrior-ish look, at least the way I see it.

The bad news, you’re not going to make a fortune by sticking your old HISS Driver up on eBay. The good news, you have one good looking GI Joes action figure if you hang on to this one and purchase the new GI Joes H.I.S.S. Driver to go with it.
