GI Joe Action Figure - Hawk
Category: Gi Joe Toys Action FiguresMy first GI Joe action figure related blog entry will definitely have to be about my favorite 3 ¾” GI Joe, and that would be Hawk. Hawk comes off to me as the soldier’s soldier. For any of you military types out there, you know what I mean.
He may be wearing the brass, but he can still speak with the troops eye to eye. I like this action figure because of the leather bomber style jacket. It makes a good looking GI. I like the version with the cami BDU bottoms and the leather jacket; looks pretty slick to me.
Now, back to my earlier comment. Are there generals out there that can speak eye to eye with a grunt soldier; hardly. That just doesn’t happen. A general is pampered from say one through OCS, West Point, or whatever. They’re politicians through and through. They don’t have time to rub elbows with the grunts because that wouldn’t get them anywhere; waste of time. Ok, enough about that.
Hawk is a pretty good looking little action figure and I guess that’s what I like about him.
